Who: Open to all youth ages 13-19.
When: Deadline for entries is April 30, 2010.

Step 1: Select Submission Category
Entries should fit into one of three categories:

• Poster - photograph, drawing, digital image, or collage.
• Television Commercial - 28-29 seconds long.
• Radio Commercial - 28-29 seconds long.

Step 2: Research a Topic
Must relate to teen driving safety or youth access to alcohol and/or other drugs.

Example topics include:

• Drinking and driving prevention
  
• Texting and driving
• Seat belt use
  
• Dangers of speeding
  
• Distracted and/or drowsy driving
  
• Risks of providing youth with alcohol

Step 3: Create a Message
Motivate your audience to drive safely and/or reduce youth access to alcohol and other drugs.

Choose one of the following audiences:

• Young people ages 13-19
• Parents of young people

Step 4: Submit Entry
Submit your entry by 5:00 PM on April 30, 2010.

Step 5: Win Prizes!!!
Winning entries will be produced for local distribution. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges in May 2010.
First five entries submitted in each category will receive a $20 mall gift certificate.
1st place in each category = $125 gift card
2nd place in each category = $100 gift card
